Modelling of iceflow glaciers in Svalbard

Modelling the response of Svalbard glaciers to changing climate. In particular, the impact of increased melting and subsequent re-freezing of surface snow is changing rapidly on all Arctic ice masses. We model Lovenbreen because it is a well-studied glacier and ideal for testing the ELMER-ice with a new superimposed ice model.
