PERCH NMR-software course
The course will present the capabilities and use of PERCH NMR software by means of lectures and hands-on-tutorials. The course theme is quantitative NMR and especially during the second day more advanced topics will be covered. You can also bring your own spectra with you to be analysed during the course. If you would like to have some specific topics covered, please contact Matthias.
CSC provides PERCH NMR software for the Finnish academia free of charge.
The course is organized in conjunction with the XXXII Finnish NMR Symposium and the Finnish Bruker User meeting in Kuopio.

Monday 7.6.2010 10:00-17:00: PERCH NMR Program for Beginners (Basic NMR knowledge required!)
Lectures: Introduction to PERCH NMR Software
Lectures: Principles of qNMR
Exercises: General usage of PERCH (Import, Processing, etc.)
Exercises: Basic quantification (Total-Line-Shape Fitting)
Tuesday 8.6.2010 9:00-13:00: PERCH NMR Program for Advanced Users (Bring your own data!)
Lectures: Advanced quantification (CTLS, QMTLS)
Exercises: Advanced quantification
Exercises: Trying PERCH on your own data Material
