This course will offer an introduction on how to best utilize the CSC facilities to move, store and analyze large data-sets. Examples used on the course will be mostly from sequence analysis, but the methods presented are easily adapted to any kind of computational analysis.

This course gives the basic-level knowledge on CUDA programming with the emphasis on multi-GPU environments. The course consists of lectures and hands-on exercises. After the course participants should be able to write simple CUDA programs that utilize multiple GPUs.
