CSC is actively participating in several national and international cooperation projects on yearly basis. These projects are mainly funded by the European Union, the Academy of Finland, the National Technology Agency Tekes, the Ministry of Education, not to forget commercial enterprises.
Latest results
- The Piima project developed simulation tools that meet the demands of the Finnish
silicon processing industry. The resulting simulation modules were implemented into CSC’s
modeling software Elmer. A new application field to Elmer was microfluidistics, which studies the fluid flow through an extremely small channel. The project involved active cooperation with
