Discvery Studio 2.5.5 is now available for download in Scientist's Interface:
The 2.5.5 can be installed either as a separate program or as an update to an existing Discovery Studio 2.5 installation. The new version includes for example updated versions of CHARMm and MODELER and a user interface for Gold 4.1 docking program.
Now you can also install just Discovery Studio client
The updated version now includes client-only installation files for both linux and Windows. The size of the client installation file is only about one tenth of the whole DS installation. However, if you connect the locally installed Discovery Studio client to a Discovery Studio server running at CSC or in some local serer, you can still use all the Discovery Studio protocols and tools.
