Customer survey for Funet network services 2010

CSC wants to further develop its Funet services and is conducting a customer survey for Funet and Haka contact persons and technical support. The aim of this surveys is to measure how well our present network services meet our customer organizations' needs and how to develop them in the future.
The survey is open between 14th and 30th of April 2010. The invitation email to participate to the survey is sent to all members of the Funet and Haka email lists. The web form is conducted at the Webropol service (http://www.webropol.com).
The survey is divided into six areas:
- Customer support, communications and training
- Funet network
- Funet services
- Funet CERT and Funet network security services
- Haka authentication services
- Information management services
The results will be published at CSC magazines and on our web
site during the fall 2010. They will be presented also at the Annual
Meeting of Funet Society in June.
All responses will be handled as confidential, and the survey
summary will not reveal your identity.
