GPAW Available in SOMA2 Modeling Environment

murska.csc.fi installation of GPAW can be used via SOMA2 modeling environment
GPAW is an ab initio program
based on density functional theory (DFT). CSC has an active role in the GPAW
development. Now murska.csc.fi installation of GPAW is available to be used via
WWW-browser based SOMA2 modeling environment. For end users, SOMA2 offers an
easy and intuitive way to utilize molecular modeling programs in UNIX computing
systems. SOMA2 enables scientific programs to be integrated into workflow in
which one or more programs are automatically executed sequentially.
For CSC customers, SOMA2 is
available in Scientist's Interface.
