SOMA2 Modeling Environment Upgraded to Make Use of Murska

Application installed in Murska can now be used via SOMA2 modeling environment

SOMA2 is a WWW-browser based modeling environment. For end users, SOMA2 offers an easy and intuitive way to utilize molecular modeling programs in UNIX computing systems. SOMA2 enables scientific programs to be integrated into workflow in which one or more programs are automatically executed sequentially. Applications, which were used from sepeli (GOLD, TURBOMOLE etc.), are now used from murska via SOMA2. In addition, Gaussian 03 installed in murska can be used via SOMA2.

For CSC customers, SOMA2 is available in Scientist's Interface.
