CSC will replace it's supercomputers during 2007-2008. The first phase of the new flagship, Cray XT4 supercomputer louhi.csc.fi is already open for customer use. The final configuration, which is sheduled to be taken into use in summer 2008, will increase the peak performance over 70 Tflops.
The new HP Proliant supercluster which was acquired at the same time last autumn, was opened for customers in July 2007.
