A user ID issued by CSC is needed to access our bio-databases from the Scientist’s interface on the Extranet. There is a link to the bio-databases on the top bar of the CSC website.
All other open source-based bio-programs for sequential analysis, phylogenetics and gene mapping (e.g. BLAST, EMBOSS, CLUSTAW, PHYLIP) can be used except Mfold.
