Funet Network Operations Center (NOC) ensures the high availability of Funet services. It also serves as a contact point for questions and iniquiries.

Office hours are Monday to Friday 8.30 AM to 4:00 PM EET. Outside office hours your call is directed to voice mail.
In case of reachability problems, please, contact first your local network support.
In network security issues, please, contact Funet CERT.
Peering requests and other IP connectivity related inquiries can be sent to Funet NOC.
