The multipurpose studio at CSC is a place for various multimedia testing and production needs.  It's a 7m x 7m room with studio quality acoustics and mostly black interior. The versatile audiovisual setup can easily be connected to the multimedialaboratory and a machine room. The projectors on a soundproof space can project wall sized video or computer presentations. The facility is designed primarily for CSC's internal use but when resources allow it can also be rented out with expert assistance.

Examples of possible use:

• Remote collaboration requiring large displays (EVO, H323, VNC)
• Theater quality presentations  (including HDTV and custom setups)
• Interactive 3-D visualization 
  
• Presentations for remote audience with a recording option
