Convert orbital and density files generated with Gaussian, TurboMole, AutoDock... etc. to .plt-files

  1. These files must first be converted into a format that gOpenMol understands. (to a .plt-file)
  2. Go to Run and choose from the list the file type you have to convert into a .plt-file
  3. Click Browse to find your file, choose your file and click OK.
  4. Give the outcoming .plt-file a name. (The same name as your input-file is probably the best.)
  5. Click Apply.
  6. A text appears in the window, with the last line saying "Done!". Now the file has been converted to a .plt-file.
  7. Just click Dismiss.
