There are some shortcut keys inserted in the mouse.
- Use the left mouse button (LMB) to rotate your molecule.
- If you want to move around the molecule on the XY-plane, hold down Shift and click with LMB. If you release the Shift button before LMB, this mode will remain turned on. To get back to the rotation mode, just hold down Shift and click with LMB while holding the Shift-button down and then release the Shift-button.
- The middle mouse button (MMB) is for rotating the molecule around the Z-axis.
- The right mouse button (RMB) used to zoom in and out of the molecule. If you want to zoom in, hold RMB down and drag the mouse up. To zoom out hold RMB down and drag the mouse down.
- To pick atoms, hold down Ctrl and click with LMB on an atom.
- To unpick atoms, hold down Ctrl and click the picked atom with LMB. Again, if you release Ctrl button before the mouse, this mode will remain turned on. To get back to the unpicking mode, hold down Ctrl and click with LMB and release Ctrl after you have clicked with LMB.
