Opfla can be used to find optimal compiler flags, environment variables and program parameters.

CSCMPI - Optimized collective communication routines

Includes some optimized routines for MPI_Alltoall, MPI_Alltoallv, MPI_Allgather and MPI_Allgatherv. Please load the testing/cscmpi on Louhi to test it. Read the man pages after having loaded the module to get detailed instructions for how to use it.
