Conference fees

• Early-bird fee (registrations on or before March 30, 2012): 450 € + VAT (23%)
• Full fee (registrations after March but before May 31, 2012): 490 € + VAT (23%)
• Student fee (undergraduate and graduate students, post-docs): 300 € + VAT (23%)
• Tutorial day (June 10): 50 € + VAT (23%)
  

On-site registration for the full or partial conference (190 € + VAT / conference day) will be possible. Payment on site by cash or by invoicing after the conference.

• Registration opens December 9, 2011
• Early-bird fee ends March 30, 2012
• Registration ends May 31, 2012

Payment options

You can pay the conference fee via PayPal (which enables credit card payments) or receive a paper invoice. The invoices will be sent to registrants who have not paid their conference fee; first set of invoices will be sent on April 2 (for early-bird registrations) and another on June 1 (for regular registrations). Remember also to fill in the registration form (see below) in addition to the payment!

Payments with VAT 23% (participants from Finland) or VAT 0% (sc. Reverse Charge) for affiliates of institutions outside Finland. The VAT number is needed for institutions within the European Union (provide it already in the PayPal transaction).
