JDB 1.14 Source Package

This package contains JDB 1.14 ASCII data filtering 
tools (http://www.isi.edu/~johnh/SOFTWARE/JDB/index.html).
JDB program is licensed under GNU General Public License.

Directory "jdb-1.14" contains the unmodified source
installation package of the JDB program.

Prior to SOMA2 installation, be sure to define variable
"#system.jdb#" in the SOMA2 main installation
configuration file somake.properties, to point to the
location of the JDB installation. JDB can be installed
either before or after the SOMA2 installation. See
installation notes in "jdb-1.14" directory.
