nr
nr is a protein sequence database composite made by NCBI. It contains proteins from SwissProt, PIR, PRF, RefSeq and PDB, as well as translations of coding sequences in GenBank. Despite its name, nr is not completely non-redundant. At CSC nr is available for BLAST searches in Hippu and Murska.
