Description

SOMA2 is a versatile modelling environment for computational drug discovery and molecular modelling. SOMA2 is operated through WWW-browser. The SOMA2 environment offers a full scale modelling environment from inputting molecular data to visualisation and analysis of the results.

The system includes interfaces to several scientific programs which are easily configured and automatically executed in the SOMA2 environment. In addition, the SOMA2 environment offers a possibility to construct a computational workflow where several programs are run one after another.

Usage

SOMA2 environment is available through the Scientist's User Interface.
