The old customer portal sui.csc.fi will be decommissioned by the end of the year

CSC's old customer portal sui.csc.fi will be shut down by the end of this year. The change does not require any action from CSC's customers. The new customer portal, my.csc.fi, replaces the old one and has been available to customers since the beginning of September.

my.csc.fi is the gateway to CSC's services such as high-performance computing, software, cloud services and data storage. Through my.csc.fi you can register as a CSC customer, create projects, join projects and add services of your choice to your projects. You can also manage your personal information and the billing unit usage.

The authentication to my.csc.fi is done with your own organization's ID through the Haka or Virtu user authentication system or with separate CSC IDs. CSC's services are aimed to higher education institutes, research institutes and state administration.

Please notice that not all features of sui.csc.fi are available via my.csc.fi. The omitted features include

  • My Files
  • Batch Job Script Wizard
  • My Certificates
  • SSH Console
  • Host monitor (until the new one is implemented)

The Access to IDA Research Data Storage will be implemented to my.csc.fi portal by the end of the year.

The rights to access the Language Bank's resources are applied from the Language Bank Rights Service.
