CSC receives Most Inspiring Workplaces mark of recognition
CSC has obtained the Most Inspiring Workplaces mark. Based on the results of personnel surveys, the research company carrying out our personnel research, Eezy Spirit, gives organizations ratings from C to AAA, and those with the top ratings are recognized as Finland’s Most Inspiring Jobs.
- CSC has been working together with Eezy Spirit for a long time and has carried out long-term development work based on the results of the PeoplePower® personnel surveys. This systematic, effective work has produced results, as for the first time CSC achieved an AA rating, explains Maarit Ahvenainen, People & Business Development Director at Eezy Spirit.
Companies that receive this recognition have obtained personnel survey results that are clearly above the average for Finnish organizations.
- I am particularly pleased that, in our results, areas such as employer image, management and operating culture, and supervisory activities are clearly above the reference level for Finnish expert organizations, says CSC’s CEO Kimmo Koski.
Indeed, the areas mentioned by Koski have seen the greatest development. At the moment, it is important for the rapidly growing company to be an attractive employer which is also able to keep hold of the experts it obtains through maintaining a successful corporate culture.
The personnel survey response level has also increased.
- Our response rate was excellent, reaching over 90%. Last time round, the response rate was around 88%, but we managed to improve the result even further, says HR Manager Marie Gästrin-Aarvala, who is grateful to all the personnel for their active involvement.
