Early Career Support Programme for the 8th RDA Plenary in Denver

RDA (Research Data Alliance) Europe is offering financial support to attend the 8th RDA Plenary meeting in Denver, USA (15.-17. September 2016). The Plenary will be held as a part of International Data Week under the theme "From Big Data to Open Data: Mobilizing the Data Revolution".

Financial support is available for European Early Career researchers and scientists working with data. During the Plenary meeting, the successful applicants are invited to display a poster summarizing their studies and areas of interest, and they are also able to participate in different RDA working group meetings. Application deadline for the Early Career programme is 5th June 2016.

During the 8th RDA Plenary meeting, the participants have the opportunity to network and collaborate with colleagues and peers in various disciplines on topics related to research data sharing and exchange. Furthermore, the RDA Plenary offers an insight into some real research projects of organizations who have adopted RDA's outputs and recommendations.
