null Feedback on the Draft ethics guidelines for trustworthy artificial intelligence

CSC considers the objectives and goals set for the ethical and sustainable development and application of AI in society as well-contemplated, just and honourable. CSC believes that the EU should strive towards a human-centric AI and initiate global discussion about ethics of AI.

CSC sees the fundamental rights as good basis for the ethical principles of the AI.

CSC supports the idea that the EU should actively promote everyone's right to their own data according to the MyData principle.

CSC sees the assessment list presented in the Draft as a good reference point when assessing Trustworthy AI. Trustworthy AI should have valuable and wanted status and to guarantee this, creation of a certification system should be considered.
