Each of the course days focuses to specific topic or topics and  you can register just for specific days if you are not willing to register to all the dates.

 

Themes:

  • Monday, March 31st: Overview to the services of CSC. Storing and moving large datasets.
  • Tuesday, April 1st: Using taito.csc.fi supercluster
  • Wednesday, April 2nd: Introduction to  biological data analysis  with R
  • Thursday, April 3rd: Other tools (FGI, Cloud computing, Chipster, Schrödinger/Knime)

 

Note that on Friday 4th, there is a course about the Schrödinger/Maestro protein modeling program.
