MPASSid – Identification Solution

MPASSid is an identification solution that standardises the transmission of personal data from the personal data register of the education provider to electronic learning services. The service is intended for primary, secondary and liberal adult education institutions and operators in the early childhood education and care sector. The purpose of the MPASSid solution is to make it easier to log in to e-learning services so that the teacher or pupil can log in to the services using the solution with their own educational institution IDs. In other words, the user does not need to create separate IDs for the services, which makes it smooth and easy to use online learning materials and services that support learning. 

MPASSid is owned by the Finnish National Agency for Education and CSC – IT Center for Science Ltd acts as the technical administrator of the service.
